I just got a call from Mr Raghu, the director of Hercules - after I sent a message to his mobile. He told me categorically that I can go ahead and tweet or post in social media as much as I want as "indian consumer forgets everything n 2-3 days". I am aghast at the high handed attitude! I am so surprised that they do no understand that it not so much about one off transaction but about relationship!

These people are big fraud. They sold me a tennis racquet saying it has one year warranty. A manufacturing defect (which they acknowledged) appeared in form of a crack - 10 months later. When I went back I was comfortably shown the fine print "we dont give any guarantee on sports goods"...A sports shop selling only sports goods saying "we dont give any guarantee on sports goods". Never ever buy from any of the hercules sports shop.
