Good place for pastries.We make sure to order cake from here whether its birthday or Anniversary. Not to miss Chocolate Mousse.
Bannerghatta road branch is not listed. Very bad services from just bake for their online bookings. the cakes are good, no doubt, but their services are unreliable and the customer service response is unheard of. After 3 separate incidents, I am sorely disappointed with them. I like their cakes, but they should discontinue their delivery services. first time, delivery came at 9 pm instead of 6 pm, second time, they did not have the flavor (chocolate mousse) for the cake i ordered, and they did not bother call and inform. When i called to ask about why delay in delivery, they inform about not having required flavor...that too, 2 hrs before the party starts. 3rd time, that was on saturday the 26th of oct 2013, i call up at 3.30 pm to ask agai

All the kids at my daughter's party fell sick (vomiting, stomach upset) because the cake was stale...How can you do that??????? To add to it, the owner had no remorse and refused to accept the mistake. She just said to get lost...can you believe it? Horrible human being, horrible cake.
I ordered a pineapple cake and they delivered a plain cream cake and refused to take it back or give my money back
How can they run a business like this...its messy, trashy and they don't respect their customers
The most ridiculous customer service ever...they delivered the wrong cake and had the cheek to say that i was lucky to get the cake.
