Please never consider this Rachna travels travels for any trip, this is totally an fraud company...

1. This is a travel agent(prakash) who only cheats but always assures that there won't be any problem in trip and he will sort out. The problem started as soon as we reached Delhi airport and he started demanding Rs2000/- as parking fees. Then we had to argue with ticket issuing person where we finally ended up paying Rs1000/- for 2 hours parking. Now we realized that this bill was also a fake. 2. The vehicle condition was very bad. 3.Had already paid 75% of trip amount in advance and had informed him that we will be paying remaining 25 % after half of our trip is over. View More ly to fuel pump and insisted for full amount payment ,else there's no fuel to move on with the trip. 4.We argued and finally settled down by paying another 15%.While heading towards Vrindavan-Agra,the vehicle got punctured which the driver replaced with spare tyre,which too was completely worn-out and within another half an hour this tyre too got punctured at around 11:00PM on NH2 higway ,so finally we all along with kids had to look for public transport to reach Agra. 5. Next day as planned we Went to Sikandar ,where again the tyre got puntcutred and the driver too was saying that its highly impossible to go with this vehicle condition to Mathura,But the owner of new Rachana travels Mr. Prakash Saroj even after 3 times puncture in 2 days didn't feel that there's any problem with the vehicle and we can head towards Mathura,but with our previous day bad experience of going in public transport at mid night , we had a long arguement with the owner and finally he agreed to send another vehicle.So our that day was wasted and couldn't visit Mathura. 6. The next day driver again took the vehicle near petrol pump and started demanding addtional ,else we won't readch back to Delhi. We knew we are spending more ,but talking to Prakash was all waste as he still kept on assuring that there's we will be facing no problems even after the vehicle and lodging issues. 7. The Hotel suites at Agra which we had asked him to book were triple sharing delux suites but they provided us only with twin sharing STANDARD rooms,which were very congested,no hot water for bathing ,dinner/breakfast was part of package but they were hessitant to provide.No tea/coffee was provided in whole day,when we requested they charged us for Tea . 8. The same thing of demanding money at fuel station contiuned at Jaipur (got the vehicle replaced by the time we reached Jaipur). The driver stopped the Vehicle and started demanding money. Prakash from Rachana said this amount would be adjusted with the balance amount, when we reminded that we have already paid the trip full amount he started arguing that the rates have been revised and the Tempo traveler would not start to Delhi until we pay the money he was demanding. In totality NEW Rachana travel is a fraud company, which does not keep the promise they have made (every details is there in the email that was exchanged with Prakash and MEghna) . Please DO NOT TAKE THE SERVICE OF NEW RACHANA TRAVELS.View Less

My sincere request to everyone is not to use rachana travels for any trip. They just black mail you in every step. They stop the vehicle near a petrol station and ask for extra money. If not paid, they will not move the vehicle. For our trip, they sent a vehicle which broke down four times in the first 24hrs. Car Type â 12 Seated Tempo Traveller Car No. - DL 1 B âD 8314, Driver Name â Mr. Munna. Later they asked for extra money to send another cab.

Don't ever deal these Rachna travels. They take all the money and still black-mail you for more money. They send old vehicle which break down and you are forced to pay them to complete your Journey. The agent Prakash and Megha will talk very nicely in the beginning and extract 100% money before journey. Later start pestering for extra money. Many a times the contact nos 011-41516552 Mobile : +91- 9968363137 ,+91-9911199128, +91- 9312621900 don't work or they will not pick up the phone.
