I got my car serviced yesterday (29 JUNE) and necessary repair work done as advised by Mr. Sanjay, Adviser of Samara Hyundai Workshop, Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase 1, Delhi, vide invoice No. TAB dated 29.06.2014. I have paid Rs.39444 for this service. I am not satisfied at all. I feel that I am cheated.
I am an owner of Hyundai Santro (since 2010) and a Maruti Wagon R (2007). So regularly visit the service centres of both these companis for service / repair work.
For Santro, i always used to visit MGF, Mayapuri as it was closed last weekend so i took a chance to offer this time to Samara.

Being a service class person and from a decent family backround din't wanted to create any sene in front of thousands of people didn't made any mess but i was shocked to see that they didn't witnessed this at the time of taking charge of my car wherein they were notifying even a small line at any part of the body of car so how come they missed to spot light if there was tw cracks in front car.
I wash my car on every weekends so i was eben shocked that to wittness the same.
Today while driving my car to office my wife observed and noticed the numbers mentioned of each window mrror which are same except the front one which is clear sign that they changed this with some other car's mirror and clearly cheated me.
I am sorry but i am going to file a complaint at consumer forum of this cheat.
I paid more than trice just to be assured in the hands of Hyundai Authorized service centre but disheartened to see that i was wrong.
The other surprising thing i noticed while driving today that on left hand side of the mirror there is a sticker of Safdurjung Hyundai service centre whereas my car has never been to this showroom.
My car number is HR 26 BF 9645
Its better to send the car to some other authorised service stations of Hyundai. Don't rist your life.

After reaching office, I called up Samara Hyundai and spoke to Mr. Sanjay, Adviser and informed him about the problem in the car. He very coolly said, change the tyres and get the alignment done. Immediately, I spoke to the owner of Excellent Tyres in Dwarka, Sector-7, Mr. Ahmed and informed him that I am coming in the evening to change the tyres. In the evening, I was coming back from the office, again there was severe problem with wheels. When I was almost 8 to 9 Kms. away from home (cross the underpass at New Delhi Cantt. Area towards Dwarka), front right side tyre ripped off completely, I and my two colleagues are very fortunate, avoided a major accident. I called up Samara Hyundai, a gentle lady picked up the phone and told me that she will call me back after 5 minutes. There was no response for more than 30 minutes, in the meantime I changed the tyre and somehow reached home at a speed of 8 to 10 Kms. per hour. One can imagine the situation of traffic towards Dwarka, New Delhi. I was sweating like hell. I again called up Samara Hyundai Workshop, Mayapuri and spoke to Mr. Rajesh Kumar, he was enquiring as if I am a culprit.
I have owned this vehicle Santro since 2001, I always give my car to authorised service centre of Hyundai. This can be checked from the records of Hyundai Service Station at Okhla, Delhi and Samara Hyundai, Mayapuri, Delhi. Even in Jammu and Gwalior, I had sent the car for servicing only to authorised service stations.
Since the day I am sending my car for servicing/repairs to Samara Hyundai, Mayapuri, Delhi, my amount of bill is always in thousands. For the safety of myself, my family and whosoever travels with me, I never bother about the money. But now I feel, this is high time, they are looting me like hell.
What I feel, never ever go to Samara Hyundai Workshop, Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase 1, Delhi for servicing and repairs. Its better to send the car to some other authorised service stations of Hyundai. Don't rist your life.
