I have my reliance post paid connection with number 9311666500.I took of Rs 199 plan and sms pack of Rs 39 from Reliance webworld

Address: 42-NWA,Club road,punjabi bagh west ,delhi-110026

They gave me the plan without sms pack and when I got my bill for feb month it was charging me 50 paise per sms rather than 1 paise per sms.Instead of accepting their fault,reliance web world of punjabi bagh was not accepting it and was infact claiming that it was my fault.Now who will pay the extra bill or around 600 sms(around Rs 300 extra)
