Digital Web Experts run by Sandeep Khanna, and team inclding Sumit Kumar and Rajnish Kumar is a very unskilled and unprofessional Team. They undertook my project 6 months back , and have not completed and despite multiple interventions by me, UrbanClap (through which I hired them) they did not complete it... They will say anything to claim that have completed it and so on so forth. But I urge you to think logical before you proceed with this team for any of your web developing project. Here are the 5 points I have mentioned for any of you who would be wise enough to understand the nature of the fraud they have committed. 1) Please think why UrbanClap, a reputed online startup has archived them from there portal??? 2) A consumer case i ... View More s filed against them by our Company and with UrbanClap as a key witness with us. I will be happy to share relevant details regarding this case filed against them. 3) Please visit this website www.indiaplaystt.com , now it is not even live on web. They have received the full payment yet have shown the unprofessisonalism to remove the website. 4) The Ecom website they claim to have completed without any errors, has a payment gateway not funcitoning, so you basically cannot buy anything,,,,,,,and still they call it ecommerce.....wow!!! There is no inventory linked......so lets say a customer wants to buy 100 items while there is no stock left he may very well do that......coz to the customer there is no way of him knowing it.....how very interesting......... And finally lets say he buys out of stock inventory and goes through payment gateway, he will not be able to pay it anyways........Oh...i see the logic of why a non-functional payment gateway was created......... hilarious.....aint it......... And now the website is not even live ........wow....so no trouble to the customer watsoever.......... SO guys please be very careful in wat u r getting into.....feel free to touch base with me at 9990825949...if u still r not convinced... 5) And now, I have given the project to another Webdesigner which is being done from scratch......... There webdesign code is so beyond repair, that multiple designers have told me that yout project will have to be restarted from scratch and so have done the same... So I have to pay all over again , wait for another 1-2 months now to get my new website running......not to mention my marketing cost incurred and the good will i lost due to no-availabilty of my web all this while.......... these people will have to learn there lesson .... if you and me keep quiet .....people like Sandeep n team. will continue to play there conniving games and cheat others...... Worst guyz ever for a web designer, especially if u want a ecommerce based or a store......they are bunch of newbies who with deceit will make you believe that they have been in business for long period and give u fancy links to websites they have designed .....which is totally false (those websites were not done by them...which I learned the hard way!!!!! When I signed up with them Mr. Sumit, Marketing guy at Digital Web Experts (ironic name), this proprietorship runs under name of Mr. Sandeep Khanna. Sumit had shown me a list of ecommerce website and claimed this was done by them previously which is what lead me to believe in these guys..... But unfortunately ,I found this out after 2 months into my project that was not done by this team ... View More (Digital Web Experts) but rather was a product of some other Company. THey have cheated me as this team is just a startup with few students and a part time coder who too was hired 2 months into my project........ I have now learned that this is the company first ever ecommerce project, so they did nothing but lied or manupilated the truth and made me fall in there trap. Almost 4 months have passed and my website still reamins unfinished and full of errors... They left me with no choice and now I had to hire a new developing company. I had paid them in full due to their constant demand for money and thinking that atleast now they might show some professionalism but instead they now outrightedly declined to work on my projetc anymore.......An appropriate action needs to be taken as this is a case of a complete unprofessionalism not to mention the deceptive style of enrolling customs and then devil may care attitude... In terms of my time wasted (3 and a half months), the agnoy caused and the buisness and goodwill of my customers lost,,,,,,I have lost way too much... Least I expect JD to to bann them from any advertisement in their site....so they get a taste of what it is too lose a Clientage..... ANd for all those out there, please beware..... If it is hard for you to believe my comments do your own R and D...... They are operating and marketing as A-one Web Developing (which now has no active Company name listed) in Urban Clamp and other marketing sites but operate us Web Design Experts which started just 9-10 months ago and run by students/trainees and a part time coder........ How then have they completed over 100 projects and listed fancy ecommerce websites under there name......this is only to cheat people.. is this what business is ?????? I repeat do not just take my words on it ...do ur R and D......... THey may offer you lower market price,,, but think what good is any money for NO work and ALL torture...!!!!!
