sarna auto gave fabulous after sales services and gave the best price from other dealers in the market.....Mukesh u need to check it must be ur fault...they are super cool...they talk nicely and are very humble people..and also they don't sell generators they only deal in inverters...so please don't post loose comments.. it hamper our trust in them...they are 17 year old trader in sarojini nagar and have a huge goodwill..so please check your facts

Sarna Auto exchanged our old battery which was rated 88 Amps, but gave us less rated battery in exchange. When asked, Sarna Auto said it does not matter, and refused to talk about it, now they answer in a most rude manner, and do not pick up the phone. It has been two months since they said they will send somebody - no body has come yet, and the generator is not taking up the load through the battery. What is the next course of action to take.
