MY COMPLAINT NO IS CBN 101717.COMPLAINT IS FRIDGE IS GIVING SHOCKS AND ITS NOT WORKING. MR.HANEEF MECHANIC CAME AND AFTER VERIFICATION? HE CHANGED THE THE TIMER ( COST IS Rs.1850/- ). AT THAT TIME FRIDGE IS INT WORKING CONDITION. BUT THE THE PROBLEM OF SHOCK IS NOT RECTIFIED. THE SAME WAS INFORMED TO HANEEF. AFTER ONE DAY i.e. on 13--07-2017 HE CAME AND VERIFIED AND SAID THAT THE COMPRESSOR IS NOT WORKING AND ITS COST TO 5 TO 6 THOUSAND. NOW MY QUESTION IS WHY HE IS NOT CHECKED THE COMPRESSOR ON FIRST DAY ITSELF. MY FEELING IS UNNECESSARILY I PAID rS.1850/- FOR TIMER .OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE GO FOR NEW FRIDGE. MY REQUEST IS PLEASE REFUND ME THE TIMER COST(WHICH HE CHARGED Rs.1850/- IS ALSO NEW ONE).
