The manner is in which customers are dealt with at this shop, is really disgraceful. Impatient attitude and rude behaviour on part of the shop-keeper really is provoking and degraded. In addition to this, I find there is an elderly person who at times manages this store. He is completely insane, rude and unaware of the mobile phone recharge procedure and the rates thereof. It is alright to have a big store, may be the business is flourishing, but a snobbish attitude is a total turn-off for customers.
