When they do Loreal Hair Spa they are supposed to use Loreal Shampoo beforethe spa. but they use some other brands from the Loreal bottle. stop cheating.....customers are not as fool as they look like. ultimately you will loose out on business.

I had done hair smoothening from Ozone , Elgin road 2 weeks back.It looked like a good place and service was decent but after that my hair became very dry , frizzy and damaged.Even my hair has turned reddish in colour. My fair was fairly straight before the treatment but now it is curled.Most probably they had applied excess heat during the smoothening process.So I would advise others not to try smoothening at Ozone Elgin Road or you could end up with very damaged hair like mine!!
