After sale service of Planet is too bad. They do not call you back when they say they will call back. They do not know how to keep their word. If you call them frequently to check the status of complaint, they will not pick your call.

i Think the store should have the large range of music like the other Plant M stores. It is not a good cusotmer experience if you have to walk in there 2 or 3 times for 1 cd and it is still not available.
