The worst possible after sales service I've ever encountered in my whole life. No one picks the call unless I try for 2-3 days. Mr Syed, after picking the first call, I narrate the issue, then for 8-10 days no communication, tried reaching there given phone numbers. Then someone called Umesh picks the call and says he'll call back in 10 mins. After 2 days again I've to try for half a day before this person picks up the call. the batteries they provide with the MIcrotek inverter are even worst, within 6 months the distilled water needs to be changed. I have same inverter with Exide batteries, haven't changed water for more than 16 months. Microtek service guys came and diagnosed the problem with the battery. Even after that they send someone

Nothing more to say, all said above is the best you can get from power soft ,avoid these guys .
These jerks installed inverters at my place and never bothered to check it in spite of calling them multiple times.
Best part they installed a battery called M power tubular battery ,its scrapped now ,I am trying to find a dealer in Bangalore I am not even able to trace even a single one. Can anyone give any information on these batteries so I can replace myself .its still under warranty

Yes I am facing the same issue....These Powersoft guyz suck at service..They will install it and vanish..I have a 3 year warranty battery which after 2yr is now not working and these guyz are not responding....These guyz are cheats...Please DO NOT go with them..

Once you install the inverter do not forget the customer, do the maintanance as well and try to answer the queries when we try to reach you.
