Terrible company. I had the same problem as Luke. Saran Vaid and PRIMAL LOGIC are dishonest. It's a scam! Stay away!
Dont use Saran Vaid , Primal Logic - They are slow, expensive and thieves sending faulty equipment! They took 9 months to send me an order that was promised in 3months. Stay well away from this company!!
My experience dealing with Saran Vaid at Primal logic went as follows.
I put in my order in Dec of 2009. I put in a small order of 100 kettlebells to test the waters with this company. I was told that I would have the Kettlebells in 12-14weeks time
