I had a terrible experience with Vishal Bagga. (vishal furniture). they delivered a cheap imitation sofa without a bill and warranty card. the legs are wobbly, and the foam on the handrest is completely missing. To make things worse, they even tried to convince me that no one sits on the sofa handrest instead of fixing it. on top of that they took full payment, including transportation upfront. when the sofa arrived they wouldn't answer my calls, so i had to pay for delivery again. these people are a complete scam and not worth your time and money avoid them at all cost. i wasted my 22k for 3 seater sofa. which again i need to pay more to get it fixed.
