mind you the receptionist doesnt bother to offer water etc at all to the client extremely ill mannered staff !!
i was thinking what are they doing with the lights off who knows the staff could be having a good time as well i wouldnt be surprised if some case comes against them soon

i agree its surprisingly just besides nalini and yasmin at mulund west i visited the outlet today and they were cutting hair with the lights off first i thought current went but when visited nalini and yasmin it wasnt the case.
then when i enquired about a haircut there was only one guy cutting a clients hair without the lights i was amused so professional and when it came for my turn the receptionist offered to cut my hair i was stunned
it looked like a prostitutes den red from the outside and dark inside .
go there to witness it for yourselves im amused the owner of juice is not using electricity as a cost saving measure i guess and ruining the clients hair

JUICE horribly botched a routine colour job, overbleaching my hair so clumps of it were burnt off.This was a result of extreme incompetence, neglicence and inpetness, full details follow. They charged Rs7000 for this, and refused a refund, even after the Juice head office intervened. Please be aware that this Juice is a franchise, which appears to have none of the professional or customer service standards you would expect from a reputed salon like Juice.

DON'T GO HERE! I got the WORST haircut of my life in this place, and the awesome stylist, who took a fraction of my salary too, didn't even bother to apologize for making me an object of complete ridicule. There was not an ounce of remorse in her for ruining my face - I look like one of the Three Stooges now. Well, I'm lucky, I have a sense of humour, but NO ONE ELSE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH. So. DON'T GO HERE! Period. Find someone else, anyone else, even a monkey on crack will do.
