I had given my TITAN watch for a small service and I was informed that the watch would be ready in a day.But when I went to collect my watch after 2 days at about 1.30 pm, the shutter was half open. I waited outside for 15 minutes but still was not opened. As I had gone there almost from about 10 kilometers, I called their land line No 080 2663 2405 at 1.45 pm. But I was informed that they are taking lunch and it would take about 45 minutes to re-open the door. This lunch hour is however, not mentioned in the bill. When I enquired, I was informed that they can not mention lunch hour in the bills.
I was forced to go back, since I had other important works without collecting my watch this day.
