I wanted to delete my review as Looking good furniture replaced my complete sofa set. However, Ask Laila won't let me edit or delete me a review thats written once.
I purchased a 40K Sofa which is broken in 2 months. After complaining, they sent someone to repair & I saw the wood used is very very cheap quality. The person just put in some nails on broken (rather shattered) wood piece. I argued a lot with owner that this is a manufacturing defect & its not a good piece. But he clearly refused to do anything other than repair. No my 2 months old repaired sofa is lying around & I do not have confidence to sit on it or make my guest sit on it. So much money gone down the drain in JUST 2 MONTHS. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEM. Furniture may look good & they may talk too wonderfully to sell. However you are the one who will be loosing the money.
I bought for the first time from this shop 5 yrs back when i got married.i stil remember that these guys arranged a super fast delivery that time.Since I am very happy with their furniture for the last
5 yrs i decided to go back to them.
15 days back i went to buy another cot for a guest room to be made in one week. Once again these guys made it possible. Before visiting them, i was curious to check out some of the new stores that have advertised so much and went to lifestyle and home town. but i must say that looking good still has the best variety and their prices are are much lesser.

I bought a dining table set and a sofa from Looking Good Furniture about 3 yrs back. Since I have kids at home, the ware and tear on the furniture has been heavy. I sent an email to Looking Good Furniture
regarding some stitches coming out in the sofa and also about one dining set chair problem. I didnt expect much but was really pleasantly surprised that i got a reply to my email on the same day asking for some details and address.
Within 24 hours from then, a person came and set right the stitches and also a craftsman came and set right the joint on the chair and I was not even charged for it.
GREAT GOB!!
Its nice to have someone to react this way. It made me really happy and strongly recommend their furniture.
First Thing: Donot fall for the name it self.There is nothing GOOD here. these people donot give guarantee for what they sell..!!! they tell you that there is no guarantee on Fabric, no guarantee on Glass, etc...
I have bought a big leather sofa from these people one and half years back for rs.40000.Now, the leather is peeling off.We are not able to use that sofa. Now, they are asking for around 15000 more to repair that.Owner will talk to you in a soft manner to make you feel that there will be good after sales service.I have to follow up with these people for over a month to get their person to come and see the sofa..I would have made more than 100 calls for this..I am frustrated with these people.I don't know why do they do business lik
