I love the way my stylist Sabin treats me and makes my hair look wonderful. He is an excellent person ,extremely polite well mannered and very friendly. I don't like to change him to anyone. I am happy with Bounce and also referred my family and friends here.

This is the worst salon ever I have seen such a arrogant people and attitude people over there I will never recommend to anyone this salon I have seen many bounce salon but this one is so cheap they have barber shop ok I can also speak how they act they act like they have fallen from heaven stupid cheapo dumbo wot ever worst word is there please u add and read I can say

Worst Experience.

Today I had visited bounce to take an anointment for 28/12/2016 , since this salon was much closer to my office i thought i will directly walk in and discuss rather then talking over the call.The lady in the reception is so arrogant and though being in customer service she doesn't know how talk to a client.Atleast these people should know basic ethics.

I have visited the salon in Lavelle Road branch for the first time and i guess it is the worst experience i have ever received by any salon before.I went for consultation as walkin client for my hair colour and no one was bothered even to greet or to guide me for the consultaion. They bluntly said that they don take walkin client and if you want to consult then i need to take appoinment and then should visit the salon.
I think all the people should be sent for training as to how to treat client irrespective of class.I heard a lot about the salon from my friends but i guess they are all wrong and would definitely not recommend to anyone i know.

Hi Bounce Lavelle road is a big fraud. Got my hair color done by so called senior stylist Amita, my hair color is completely gone after one wash. Color came out from hair just like removing holi powder from your hair. They charged me more saying senior stylist. This place is pure cheat. Don't waste money and your time in this.
