I just bought a Samsung DVD yesterday, 15th Aug 2010.
I was told that it supported all DVDs irrespective of region codes .. It does not.
It's sound quality is terrible.
I have an older Samsung that has better sound performance and plays all DVDs.
I am going to follow up on these complaints and get back with a feedback about how they handled it.
