I had gone on 31st Dec, 2011 to the Rishabh Hyndai centre which is opposite of C Lala Chowk, I had a very bad experience and unprofessional behaviour of the person explaining about the car, we had gone with the family to book car and as the dealing started wherein the executive was explaining the process and we had to deposit some amount because for rest of it was suppose to be financed by Bank suddenly with this statement , the executive was called by the manager and all their statement changed and the executive she came and told us that on Monday they will call us and tell about the availability of the car as of now people are busy with punching the bookings and the car which you are looking for is not clear whether it is in stock or not, ... और देखें by this statement I understood that it was all their marketing strategy and they are making fool of us, thank god of my profession being a human resource proffesional I can very well read the face of the executive what exactly they were looking forward for because when I started recalling all their statements earlier wherein the Manager shared that price might increase in Jan, but In the end I think they did not understand the importance of time of customer and valued their customer, with this unfriendly behaviour, if they were geniune they should have shared the problem they were facing rather than giving silly reason of they not being aware of their own stock and creating their bad impression on their hot customer.
With this I think I will never ever visit Rishabh Hyundai who promised that they are genuine.संक्षेप देखें
