The other reviews are true, so don't buy from this shop. At the time of buying, if you ask if the product will work fine, they will say very confidently that you won't face any problem but the customer service sucks. I bought Fitking S-259 exercise cycle from there and faced issues just after 2 months. I had to take the cycle to their store as they refused any free onsite service. I got it fixed by paying Rs 300 and just after 3 days the problem re-appeared. I emailed Fitking support about the same that i wanted free onsite service this time, after sending 3-4 emails, i got a call from Gandhi cycles that someone will come to my place to fix it but nobody has come yet. I brought a bicycle and study table for my 4 year son from Gandhi Cycles Tilak Nagar Main Market, New Delhi. They told me 4000 for bicycle and 3000 on study table. I asked them that I will pay by card. They asked me to pay 2% extra on card payment in cash, which after arguing I paid. It was raining heavily so in hurry, I forget to take bill and warranty card from them. After half an hour I realised and went back to collect the same. They told me that they will not give me bill as they have not charged me VAT or sales tax. I said that it is not fair practice. On my much arguing, they gave me bill for cycle that too of Rs 3000 only saying that it is under warranty and since there is no cover for study table, we will not give any bill. I am se

They are not good dealers. They will sell you bad or defected products and then refuse to give you service too. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM.
