Hopeless service starting from dealer Kiran Electronics- Ahmedabad to Spectra Motors- Ghatkopar Mumbai.

They are not giving any feedback to customer rather customer has to run behind the customer.

Is anyone from the organization can address this issue or else i have to escalate to higher level.

My father acquired a maruti car wagon r lxi.

Salesman of dealer first took more than 2 months than committed date for the delivery
Dealer took money for registration but didn't do it. We ourselves did registration. Now dealer is not returning money.
Now they are saying that they installed a kit with the accessories which we never asked for and therefore we don't anything to you.

I tried with the Contact@maruti.co.in, but no reply received.
May I get direct mail id of Maruti ales and marketing official who take care of Dehradun area?
