I like to get service for my Bajaj Mixer Grinder . But will they be able to render proper service ? I am afraid after going through comments by consumers over their experiences ? Are there no qualified person to deal the customers properly ?

I was thinking of visiting there for servicing of my mixer grinder of bajaj, bt after getting feedbacks of customers from there, I'm giving up the thought.

Extremely poor service 100% customer dissatisfaction.

Registered complaint for water instant heater repair on 16.12.09.Mechanic visited on 17.12.09 and I also paid the required service charges and got assured that the water heater will be corrected within a maximum of 7 days.I again contacted on 21.12.09 and got the same reply.Still,my heater has not been repaired and I am being given false assurances whenever I contact. My complaint ID is 10005945 of 16.12.2009. Will it be repaired after the end of winter season? EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM A RENOWNED COMPANY.
