The first time I had a problem in October, 2015 with the clock, he says a wheel is defective and replaces it. But still the clock stopped working after few weeks. Yet again I give it for service and he says a wheel is defective and gives me a huge bill. When asked about the charges, his reply is with absolutely no respect.
