They misguide the customers,suggest expensive treatments even when its not needed. I got global hair colour for 6k bucks n it washed off in 2 weeks. Pathetic. The haircut was good but quite old fashioned..the hair dresser was experienced but not updated about recent trends. I think u can escape this one. Not worth the money they charge!

I recently had a horrifying experience at 14 sector Gurgaon branch.
I got hair straightening therapy by paying INR 6000 on 23 Jan 2010.The treatment is done my one Mr Anil. After first wash only I realised that my hair are not done properly and when contacted them Mr Anil refused to accept. Discussed with the manager Mrs Babli and she also tried to put all blame on me that I didnât use the recommend shampoo to wash my hair, even though I told her that I use LâOreal Absolute repair shampoo. Another Manager Mrs Seema confirmed on same day that my hairs are burnt but Mrs Babli had a different opinion and wanted to call for their expert Mr Mohinder.
