I request all to suggest compensation policy.
During the breakdown of my car, crossroads assistance came after 4 hours while they claim 30 minutes service. I would request company to have some compensation policy like return of premium for such lapses. I have read several negative comments about their service and Now I have first-hand experience of actual impact of such lapses, I request all to suggest compensation policy.
I cheated by Crossroads
Yesterday evening around 8.30pm one of my female friend's car broke down. She gave some frantic calls to you. You picked up the call after 15 minutes and assured of providing assistance and also confirmed the towing charge for her vehicle would be Rs.1,200 for 1.1km - yes, for 1.1 km you asked for Rs.1200!!! I have call logs and Google Map data to prove my points.
If any body wants to see how and duffers sound then they should call up the CROSS ROADS customer care.I have never seen such an ill trained call center staff in my life. It seems you are talking to some road side .I have been member of this pathetic company for 2 years now but got to know their pathetic service when i called them for breakdown help at 9 am in the morning and after 5 reminders finally i had to beg the call center duffers to give me the mechanics number.The Mechanic finally reached the place at 12 noon.
