These are absolutely the worst business owners available in the market. I got the curtains of my house made by them. Withing a few months the strings of the blinds started coming out. The roller blinds material got spoiled.. and the material of the curtains started fading. When i called to them asking for servicing. They suggested 1500 as the fixing charges.. And when I asked them that how come the things started coming out so soon. They said that they will get spoiled after exposure from sunlight.
A ridiculous answer ,..
Plus they were extremely rude
Darpan neither reflects good design, service, or attitude; please dont get drawn to this mirage.
I got sofa covers and curtains made from this place. The material is overpriced, but I assumed the service will be superior. I find exactly opposite: "Darpan is the overpriced address for the underpriced service". Specifically:
- The sales people have severe attitude problem.
- The tailor does a very shoddy job. I gave him embroidered cloth to create borders and he stitched them wrong side up.
- The sales guy forgot to include some material costs until the very end. Just before delivery he became sentimental saying, he'll get into trouble if the manager finds out that he forgot. So I had to pay so he can be in the clear.
