Yes i too belied that it had standards until y'day when they have sent me SMS asking to collect my Mhada DD from their this very same office.
I know many people whom they have sent this sms & 48 hrs ultimatum to come & collect the courier after showing relevant documents.
This Ghatkopar office is 20 kilometers away from my Mulund Residence & as said, i know dozen of people from my locality / friends whom this Ghatkopar office asked to come & collect in next 48 hrs - What r they trying to do - instead of courierinf to our residence they are falsly claiming they cannot find any one at resi & hence come & collect !
This is shame on this South Asia's premier courier company claim & i be
