very very bad experience at Chemistry Goregaon East (Oberoi Mall) store . . .
fabric quality was so pathetic that it tore in the first wash . . .
the store keepers took 10 days to decide that the entire blame was at my friends' end. . .
not only was the store irresponsible in the words that they chose to explain my friend, they also were very rude throughout the entire communication, I wonder if this is the story with most brands that start small and start awesome, but once they grow big, they seem to lose values . .

this one incident completely erased memories of all pleasant experiences at chemistry before !!
