Absolutely horrible service. After delivering the boxes of furniture they simply did not show up to set it up.
We wasted 3 days after that waiting for them to turn up. Every evening we were told they would show up at 11 in the morning. Every time we called them up during the day we were told they would show up in 15 minutes.
This would continue till around 6PM when we would be told their carpenter was not answering his phone and they could do nothing about it.
After wasting three days they finally showed up on the fourth at 4 in the evening despite having spoken to the management who gave us their word (AGAIN) that the carpenter would show up at 11.
