In a world where every thing is getting commadatised , the businesses that thrives are the businesses which are consumer centric. I am a regular customer to this shop . I used to make my purchase at 0810 am every day after my morning walk. Today , to my surprise , thogh the shop was open at 0810AM , despite the fact that I was the only customer in the shop, I was told that trasaction will start only at 0830 AM. The reason , 1) they have to unload the new consignment received 2) They have not opened the cash counter . The staff was polite yet firm despite my request.
I have choices , and I will move on to get a better customer experience elsewhere. When will these retailers learn to treat customers well ?????
