OMG I never expected such a worse service and such a nonsense, cheat, fraud staffs are there in the store,have given my HP Elite book(10 April - 16) for changing mother board first he said it will be done within 2.5k but gradually with various reasons manager collected 7k from me as advance and every time i was told I will get it very soon but till now he hasn't given any update, 6 Aug - 16, now I am going to update the case to Consumers court, Bangalore because manager is not returning advance back.
Jo is talking rot - i live in Indiranagar and this shop is okay - i've bought a SMPS and my friends buy here regularly (CD's DVD's USB drives etc). I think the owner lives in the premises (behind the shop) The shop itself is on the first floor and the narrow passage (accessed via a tiny gate) is next to a juice shop. However, the proprietor (Raghavendra) had some guys doing computer service and they were a rip-off - my monitor had some bad soldering (bad soldering - cold joints - the monitor was working but you had to hit it) a minor problem - S.P Road rates were Rs:250/= and these fsckers wanted Rs:1000/= (basically took a look at my face and thought they'd met a sucker). We ordered additional RAM for our laptops from this store. The owner was the one attending calls and was pretty prompt. Though the actual work was delayed by a day (due to Rain and other factors too), the owner himself came to our office and replaced our RAM. Things are working fine after the replacement. I know there is nothing exciting about this review, But I just wanted to tell the community here that there are 10x times positive experiences when compared to negative ones, and its hard to remain unbiased.
Hey guys,these buggers are cut throat cheats please never ever go to this shop,these guys are a big loot.You know the after my previous review,I had taken the lap top to another shop to repair you know what i was so supriced my computer shopee owner raghavendra he has robbed the mag safe & the fan inside.He had replaced the fan with a old one which was not working.Can you beleive these guys charge you for nothing & also steal everything from your machine ,be aware of these guys.
These guys are big time cheats,never buy anything from them or deal anything with them.I had taken my lap top to change the mother board,i had paid my money they said within 15 working days they will change it for me,but the sad part was it took three months but all in vain,I got fed up with these guys and told them to give me back the cash & lap top.These guys never gave me the money on time made me run around like a head less chicken & they have the adosity to charge me for courier charges & service charge which nothing they did.Absolutely crappy people these guys are.Please please please do not go these guys you will be cheated for sure.
Horrible service. They keep your laptop endlessly with them and never return. If they cannot diagnose the problem, they should return back atleast. Horrible. People please dont take your laptop here ever for service. They will make it sicker.

Cheats... I got my UPS batteries changed from them paying around 2000. They told me that they have put exide batteries and the warranty card is kept on the battery itself. After 6 months, the batteries are not working now. I am trying to get it replaced. They are asking for the bill!!!. When i opened the UPS, i found the warranty card with no seal and date! Never take anything from these people...
