I have bought a Koryo washing machine from Ezone. This brand is supposed to be their own brand. It is almost 1 week now no one has come to my house to give any kind of demonstration. If this is the kind of service they are offering for demonstration, I am scared to think what kind of service will I expect in case my washing machine has a problem in future.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY KORYO PRODUCTS AND PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EZONE RAJAJINAGAR. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
They cheat customers with misleading offers wher you finally end up paying more in the name of discounts. Customer reps are arrogant and are misbehaving. If possible don't ever visit EZONE. It's utter waste of time and most importantly waste of your hard earned money.
eZone got worst customer support...... first thy need to teach how to behave with customers..they act so low.and they got least knowledge about products especially tv.....I been to ezone to get full HD,1080p TV. they try cheat us by telling sony Hd ready tvEX300 as full hd tv... if we tell we need full hd they carelesslly respond thr is no diff b/w hd n full hd ..... how could they be so dumb.and inturn they ask to tell diff b/w hd n full hd ... who is sales man here..and if we asked them to tell about samsung tv.... they were simply forcing us to buy sony..and other tvs... i dont understand who is paying money... if we want to buy samsung tv thy r least bother to show...they constantly compel to buy sony or other prdt....a worst shop i

Exactly truely said. I been lucky by not buying any goods from E ZONE. i am waiting for a resale of washing machine. but almost a week up till date no one have come to my door step. Once my washing machine is sold hen will book for a new in ezone....................... Sreekanh
It is a worst every shop in customer satisfaction and after sales services. It is 3 months and has been lodging completes atlest 6 times and see very poor response.
The service so called manager (venkatesh) is a irresponsible guy and never attend to customer call and also is out of site when asked for.
They are untrusty, they are here to make fool of people .
