Very bitter experience for me.
I bought a Usha planix, on 30th of march. The sales man told its a new unit and did not let me open the package. Since i was staying at my relatives house for some days,(3rd of april) i did not open the package.After coming back to my home i opened the package and found all the blades full of scratches and one of the blade had a spot where there was no paint at all.
I tried calling the mall but no body picked up the call. Suggest people not to buy the units from such mall just because they are selling cheap. They cause lots of problem late. I am yet to check it this fan runs. if it does not i will write one more comment on this.
