Absolutely incompetent and dis-honest. I sent my car (2 years, 37000km old Innova) first time out of dealership trusting their brand-name. Here is what all went wrong: 1. Aggressive Cross selling- Pushed me to get a engine "decarbonization" done. I trusted and said ok. Cost Rs. 1600 and no perceived benefit I can make out. Just service and this cost Rs. 5400...even higher than dealership 2. When car returned and I tried to restart it- it would not....open bonnet to see water all over..apparently I was chrged to fill distilled water in the battery which was maintenance free....and some idiot overfilled it 3. THIS IS A PLACE IF YOU WANT TO GET YOURSELF ROBBED, VERY VERY EXPANSIVE. I GOT A SMALL ACCIDENT AND FRONT PART OF MY CAR BEEN DAMAGED SMALL BUT THE AMOUNT THEY HAVE CHARGED IS UNACCEPTABLE.
DONT GO ANYTIME THERE ....IT IS A ROBBERS PLACE
