Bought few furnitures during the diwali sale and got it at very attractive prices, delivery was delayed though due to rush, but overall a nice product quality. Furnitures are still in good shape. I will update the status after few months about the conditions,

Hi ppl...

I was totally dumbstruck when I read the negative reviews below. I liked the service provided by them. I have been their customer for a long time now.

Thing is, they had a salesman (I won't name him on a public platform) who was pretending to be the owner to the customers and he was providing them products from outside market without telling the owner (who had no knowledge of it). Due to that, some of the customers who dealt with him (the salesman) had gotten poor services. When owner came to know about it, he fired him and tried his best to rectify the clientele loss.

I won't say this shop is the best in the world but they are good at what they do.

Gave kitchen work to do. Its been more than a month but still struggling to get work done even after making 100% payment. Really pathetic. Had a worst experience so far. I do not recommend the shop to buy or give any furniture work. Total waste of time and money but off course you get frustrated

I bought a double bed in May 2015. The product is all good. Had no issue in delivery. Can't say about service. Although i had a small problem back then but it was resolved within a week.

Very Bad.
Mr Agrawal and hiss sales person Gaurav are fraud.
I ordered furniture for around 1.5 lacs and they deliver all damaged or used but repaired.
Also their customer service is worst. They don't pick your phone. If you visit the shop, they will make excuses and pass the time.
They promise 5 years warranty but actually they are not even giving 5 days.

DONT DONT DONT waste your hard earned money with them.

Never purchase sofa or any things for this 'CHOR' and 'THAG' Supreme Furniture, Sector 10, Noida.
They are very shameless and lier pople.

I purchase sofa from Supreme Furniture, Sector 10, Noida at 10-Mar.The Owner name is Sourabh Agarwal and Sales name is Gaurav. At time of purchasing both tell me that they are giving you onsite warranty for 5 year. After that I book a sofa worth rs 17000 plus table rs 4000. My mistake at time of delivery Sales person show me sofa at godown(Basement) at evening where there is no proper light I didn't check sofa set on faith that they giving warranty for 5 year and they given receipt on simple paper and warranty on their card(as I thing this is happen every where).
