My Dad K Prakasa rao got operated for by pass on 22-June-2015, But declared dead on 26-june-2015, midnight.
My Dad never had stroke or attack before the operation. He just had compliant of shortness of breath, sometimes. He was diagnosed with angina. But when his heart cant sustain bypass heart, why was he operated on first place. He happily came on his feet to get operated and see his death. I just want to get clarification, if his blockage was so severe, why was advised to get operated.He could survived few more years. For your hospital he just a case, but for us he is our life.
After being operated, if his condition was severe, why the doctor who operated, was not present. How can a doctor leave his patient and travel to states. D

I went to star hospital when my family doctor Pasha recommended star hospital. The desk officers are good. Dr. Raju is very kind and spared good time for me. The ECG, ECO and other tests are taken and the results are given in time. Thank god that there is heart complaint.

Worst hospital, i never seen. I lost my grand mother recently because of these careless doctors. My grandmother need to do BYPASS ,The operation failed. They did even told us about the failure and did the operation again. Finally my grandmother expired only because of the these ---- doctors.
doctors are good but it is more expensive even comparatively with care,apollo,yashoda..etc.treatment range is normal.doctors doesnot do their surgers at in time.
main draw-backs:
1.Insurance guys cooperation is very poor and misguidance.
2.in billing counter they wont explain about all bills clearly.
3.treatment is ok but why they will charge very much i dont know for normal surgerys and tests.

We admitted our father for angio on reference by a doctor who is our very close friend and who is informed to be very close friend to the chief doctor of star hos. Courtesies are extended very well. But money is the basis of all. Logic is totally missing in the charges. We opted for a delux room which is the highest charged, for the only reason that room is good and allows an attendant. My father was shifted to ICU and we are asked to vacate the room. Our argument ,based on logic, that when they are collecting charges for attendants stay also they should provide residence of attendant somewhere if not in the same room, did not find favour with the staff. Good Hospital for in patients ... But hopeless security guards. Hopeless Hopeless customer experience.Hopeless help Desk service. The moment u say insurance... ALL U GET is .. We will do ever possible test available and try to retain u as long as possible.. I dont have complains about the doctors and the Nurses and ward boys they are helpful...MAIN MAIN ISSUE-- SECURITY GUARDS> IF UR THE ATTENDANT OF THE PATIENT U WOULD HV TO FACE TO A LOT ELSE PAY THE GUARD 10-20 RS FOR EVERY INSTANCE :(
