Had a very bad experience with Sony Customer care and Pranank Electronics. There is large communication gap in taking the service request and executing it. I have suffered a lot, beware of buing any Sony product from anywhere specially from Pranank Electronics. Samsung and LG services are far better as compare to Sony.
