Good service provider
I have logged a complain on 1 week back. but it seems they have a man power issue to atten their cutomer. For me! it is totally time lost.!!#$

If possible please try to create customer, kindly make call to customer for follow up action, whether your service person is not cheating by using ISO 9001-2008. It gives a lot of pain, today I am not able to work as I was not cheated by Mr Bivas Sen but by an ISO 9001-2008 company. Any way I am going to your office to hand over you your money receipt on Saturday.

My complain No. 48782, as the work done is not successful the service engineer Mr Bivas Sen surrendered & told as per company rule40% will be deducted & 60% money will be refunded back 21st August, till today I did not get any refund after reminding him several times. On 10/09/2013 he is ready to refund me 40%, while asking he is telling it is immaterial what I told, even the company also supporting him. As a customer I was having lot of faith on ISO 9001-2008 company, even I used to tell my colleague about the company, now as a poor customer whom we will believe, any suggestion from any customer.

Sir/Madam, You are not taking any follow up action, whether your service engineer cheating any customer, service provided is correct or not? Mother board for Whrilpol ice magic at company is Rs.2350/- where as your is Rs.2500/-, after service and taking all the money (on 09/08/2013 Rs.3400/- paid, COMPLAIN NO.48782) contacted several time to your service engineer as the fridge is not working. Now again asking Rs.2500/- to lift the fridge to your service centre for further repair or damage.
