ZERO STAR!!!! WORST HOTEL EVER I've stayed in
This was a nightmare experience of stay in Kolkatta due to KING CROWNS EXPERIENCE! WORST EVER HOTEL I"VE STAYED - It's a hostel/dharamshala not a hotel. Dont even think of walking into it!
1) Rooms were uncleaned during my 2 days stay. Instead the cleaner comes to ask for chai pani(tip) for referring me to another hotel on seeing me disappointed with the rooms.
2) The toilet basin was stained like a public lavaratory! Sheets were unchanged, blanket smelt & was itchy! arrggh. Felt like a prisoner since I had paid in complete for my stay & flight via a trip site.
