Lilavati Hospital: This hospital was formed by the Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust. It strives to be known as a concerned nonprofit centre of research and education with hospital and outpatient care. A large team of doctors cover many disciplines of medicine and surgery. A free OPD and charitable ward assists the underprivileged. The visiting hours policy is extremely strict. Unfortunately, recent reviews on this hospital have not been very positive with understaffing, communication problems, high fee structures and poor reaction time being the common complaints.

I am professional model, and you may understand just how practical and viable plastic surgery is in my line of work. For career, people sacrifice so much, so why would I not enhance myself for more opportunities? I started looking for somewhere to get plastic surgery in Mumbai. I was shocked that most surgeons were rather unreliable. None of their past work showed the finesse and polish of the work seen on websites or on celebrities! In fact, I felt that the people looked more distorted in some cases! Thankfully Lilavati is the best place to get plastic surgery in Mumbai. I have been living in the city all my life, and I didn know that there was such a crisis of centers for radiology in Mumbai. Last week, I needed a hip x-ray, and I went to several clinics. According to my doctor, it should have cost me a few hundred rupees; perhaps a thousand or so at mostbut that was hardly the case. Some of the clinics were even openly over charging for pushing my appointment up sooner! I finally went to a government hospital, and they gave me an x-ray from a rickety old machine. As suspected, the doctor said that the plates were far too scratched and blurred to draw any conclusive diagnosis, and that I needed another one. Multi storied hospital. It good hospital with good medical facility.
One of the things that impress me about Lilavati in Bandra is the sheer size and scale of their medical facilities. Very few hospitals in India are fully equipped and affordable to the masses. While some of the biggest hospital in Mumbai can perform the most crucial of life saving surgeries and undertake the most severe of treatment necessities, only a handful are affordable to most common people. There are some specialist medical centers that simply drain a personâs pocket dry in simple treatment, and I really donât need to get into the troubles and pains of an insurance claim.
