LG service is very poor. I bought a split AC in sept 2009 from Sheetal Agency, C.G. Road, ahmedabad and their representative told me that they take the responsibility of complete 1 year free service of the AC. But in 1 year no service person from LG came, not even for demo. And now when i complain that no service person came... they argue that it is customers responsibility to call for the service, and not the company's. If this was the case then why they lied at the time of selling that they will take care of all the service for 1 year.
Sheetal Agency just lie to customers and sell their products.
