I had issue with my iphone 5s, in which I got a suggestion that "we have to change stripe" (without verifying the issue and without checking).
I have been informed later that "After changing stripe (which connects to loudspeaker, mic and power switch) it is not working".
So they have decided next, there are two chips (the person who explained me she does not even know, what it is), they planned to change one and check if that is also not work they will change the another one).
I really felt very bad, because they even does not have tool to check where is the issue at the first time, They are very interested to learn by using OUR MONEY (Doing R&D).
I asked them, I need photo copy of the receipt, they had replied NO (just to have

Totoodo Smartphone Workshop :-
My sincere suggestion:- Never go to Totoodo Smart Phone Workshops/Repair Center, if you have any (i mean it .. any⦠) other options to repair your Mobile Phones and Tabs.. Better to go to your authorized Service Centre.
My Suggestion to you all :- Never Venture in Totoodo Smart Phone Repair centers .. You will lose your money â more over your peace of mind and unnecessary wastage of time ( I spend minimum 6-8 hrs. in just talking to all and also going to their store multiple times ) .
Look rather for authorized service centers or JD certified â Excellent rating Service center or Service center which you know..

Pathetic Service .... They show and behave as if they are the geeks who know in and out of mobile technology and they can fix any and every phone in this world. Reality is just opposite. For a small issue in my phone they make me visit thrice to there Bangalore BTM Layout store. and after fixing that they damaged my mobile speaker. Once I told them that I am not gonna pay for the speaker repair, they stopped all the communication and kept my phone for three days. Every day I used to call and get the same update that one more day they need. And finally when I asked my phone back in the same defective condition they shamelessly ask for another 3 days time. Very rude person on the mobile number mentioned above. He just answered and said ,call the landline and abruptly cut the call. There is no landline mentioned on the site and the guy did not bother to assist with the number.
