i got kent grand plus from global water solution two years back .i am taking service from them they are giving good service ,thanks to global water solution
I bought a Kent Pearl RO system from them. Since the time of installation I have spent almost Rs 8000 towards replacement of part. The RO system often stop working and on calling them they insist on replacing one or the other part. So they have replaced 2-3 times Sediment filter, 2-3 times Carbon Filter, 1 time RO filter, 1 time adapter. and several times the tap and other parts.
They install sub standard duplicate part which have life of just 2-3 months and again you end up spending on that part. I suffered a lot. Just 7 months back they have replaced my sediment filer, carbon filter and RO filter(cost 3500). and just after 3 months it stopped working.
