Please never ever use them. When I came to Bangalore from Chennai, there was nobody to unload my baggage. When I threatened them with non payment of fees, they sent 2 people. In the beginning, their marketing is excellent, they would sweet talk you into using their services, Please never ever use them. You will be disappointed.
Very Bad service, they are fraudsters. Once they get your money , they disappear. I got cheated by them. They hire trucks from market to transport the house hold goods. The one they hired to shift mine was wanted by police and got stopped at border. Sahara didn't even help retrieve anything, they didn't answer calls, they didn't even come to unpack . Very bad experience, sending them a legal notice. Never trust Sahara
Recently I shifted from Kolkata to Pune. From Kolkata I selected Sahara Packers and Movers for house hold shifting and my car shifting. I was in a discussion for some days about the time required. Every time they told it will take 8 days max. As I was shifting with my family(1 year old kid) so it was very much urgent to get those house hold items. I paid them full on that day. When I reached and tried to call them, it was not answering my call. For 3 days I tried and every time I got user busy.(I don't know how can a person is busy for 24hrs a day). I am one of a victim of Sahara movers and packers.
They are totally unprofessional and misbehaving type person in staff.
I had a very disastrous experience with them. I booked my car and Household item with them .
Belive me lots of broken glass and damaged item.
Also they used to give me âDamki â car nahi dilver karengeâ
So please be care full before booking Sahara Movers & Packers or like them
Also they charged for insurance but never given the copy also not given any payment of damaged
NEVER EVER HIRE THESE GUYS
Plz... Plz.. Don't go with Sahara movers and packers.It was my biggest mistake I did not read review comments. They are worst Movers and packers.I shifted from Noida to bangalore. My dinning table glass crushed,central table broken,aqua guard broken,shoes rack broken,Lot of scratches on each bed.I don't like to write big story, Please guys compromised with your valuable goods.
B.A.D customer service, support, and movement. Per initial assessment of my valuables, this is what we were promised -
- 20 ft truck
- loading and unloading in 1 day
- all goods transported in 1 go
This is what we got -
- 17 ft truck
- A driver who went missing for 4 hours - delaying loading of packed goods
- A drunk co driver who insisted on extra payment to shift my flower pots
- A drunk co driver who refused to move his truck after unloading because I was not willing to give him "tips"
- 2 broken chairs - most probably, i need to junk them
- 4 tainted cubboards - i need to paint them all over again
- 1 king size bed with deep cut scratches
- misplaced parts of dining table and tv stand - i need to discard my tv stand in al

My name is Christi Cherian and I had sent a consignment from Mumbai on 20th July 2012 as an urgent package to reach Pala, Kottayam, Kerala. The consignment note is 10958. The exact address was given in the consignment note but they did not delivery it at that address and are saying they will not deliver again because they came till Pala and could not reach me by phone when my exact address was given in the consignment note. First off all the consignment was delayed by over one week and this is the service I am getting. Further Mr. Sundeep and a person with mobile number 09379961333 were not at all helpful and even rude. I took the services of Sahara Packers and Movers before reading the reviews as it was recommended by an eminent person. But later is when I regreted the availed services when the response from Sahara Packers were totally irresponsible. Mr. Manoj the guy with most sarcastic attitude will never pick calls when you have a complaint or when you are awaiting your goods. They (Sahara Packers) firstly do not commit a date of delivery and on top of that even if they commit they do not deliver on time. We waited for nearly four days in Hyderabad to get our goods from Bangalore. And all these because of the guy Manoj and Jitest (another guy from this fraudulant company). Such a worst service. Representatives from SAHARA - Ethender & Nagaraj came to our house in blr and gave the Quotation for Rs.6950 to move from Bangalore to coimbatore with 50% advance payment and 50% after delivery. Two days later the coolies and the driver came to our house and they glanced the house and went downstairs and were resting. Two hours delayed, after which I voluntarily called the guy Ethender who is the Director of Sahara Trans packers. He said that Rs.6950 is not enough and asked for Rs.1000 more. We had an argument and then I agreed to pay them. So the packing started and they started to load the goods.
