I bought a Samsung Galaxy core from this store in Jan, and within 1 month i started facing issues with this product. Once i realized that, I took the phone to the store and they took it in for service promising that they would fix the issue and return the phone back in a day's time. It took them 3 days to give my phone back and in those three days I had to call them at least 5 times a day asking for the update. Once I got my phone back, I worked fine for 2 days and the 3rd day the same problem started again. I called up those guys and informed them that it is still not fixed. They carry bad quality phone cases.
I bought a white silicone case and it started going black in two days.
I took it back and the guy was trying to give me some funda about how the stainless steel rim of the phone might be causing it.
I l.eft the case with them and told them if they don't want to give me some credit doesn't matter....I don't need the case
