I had an appointment with dermatologist and i paid Rs. 500, the dermatologist hardly gave me 1 minute and asked me to consult with another doctor in same hospital. Then again hospital asked me to pay Rs. 400 to get the appointment.How can you ask someone to pay twice?

the infrastructure and the technology are really awesome. Doctors were skilled and polite, all the procedures were simple .....................

Very nice hospital with good doctors. Than this hopital has good staff. Doctors treated me well and give you full information. Some of the services are unique like digital prescription, mobile app to see prescriptions and medication reminders. Also what I like is staff is very polite

I too had a very pathetic experience with doctor Belliappa. I had fever and he and other 2 doctors (in absence of Belliappa) asked me to do tests like Chikungunya, Typhoid and Thyroid tests. After 5 days of following up with them with tests my condition was worst and they were not able to find the actual problem. Then Dr. Balliappa asked me to goto VIMS hospital (another worst hospital in Marathahalli) for further analysis.
But later I decided not to go to VIMS and went to Manipal. The problem of fever was found after diagnosis in manipal and I was discharged after 1 week.
Telerad RxDx wasted more than Rs 6K and my precious time and not able to find out the problem and suggeted another worst hospital with which they are tied up.

I also agree with other reviews that it has a good atmosphere, good children play area & few good doctors.

I too had a bad experience with this institute. I took my mother to hospital as she fell down couple of times due to giddiness. They asked us to stay in the hospital for the whole day & they did not charge anything for the stay. But at the time of leaving, the doctor asked to get the Blood tests done. The really bad part comes here. He prescribed Vitamin D3 test also to be done. Frankly speaking, i don't know the significance of Vitamin D3. Later i realised that, tThere is no need to get this test done as we have ample amount of sunlight. In addition to this, it is the costliest among all the blood test

I have been to RXDX several times and have found it to be pleasant, patient friendly with very good doctors. The GP charge is 150 there versus 300 at Manipal! Specialists all over the city, especially cardiologists, are more expensive and do not like to do free revisits....nature of life!!
Would recommend RXDX to anybody...have had great experiences there....it also has a lot of patient friendly services like home doctor visits, home physiotherapy etc and a great playarea for kids-my children never want to leave that clinic!

I took my wife for a well woman health check at RxDx clinic in Whitefield. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and efficient. The nurses and doctors we met for consultation were very knowledgeable and professional. The premises were much cleaner than anyother clinic we have been to in Marthahalli and Whitefield area. Pricing is comparable to any clinic in Bangalre.
I would say, keep up the good work and I will recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a clinic in Whitefield area.
