Came across them at a Chennai Trade Centre furniture expo. Pandian, their most enterprising staff sold us 2 beds by showing a few options on display & plenty of options on an ipad catalog. He spoke as if his company could carve us the universe into some spectacular furniture & warranty it for 10yrs, but they are not worth a single second of your time or a penny. We billed 1 Teak cot & 1 in Sheesham for around Rs48000. While all other stalls were selling their goods at 15% more, we were curious how their prices were so competitive. So Pandian explained that it was because their manufacturing capacity is MASSIVE and they can afford small margins unlike their competitors. They promised to deliver within 7-10days & gave us an order slip that had so many minute details filled. So we felt like they seemed very meticulous, but only later did we realise they were only meticulous in planning how to cheat people. When asked about the 10yr warranty promised, he said we must trust them to be genuine and then mentioned it on the order form. All of it is a trick. We paid Rs15000 in advance and never got any response from them for 3 weeks. When i finally managed to get Sir Pandian on call, he said that they handled 100s of customers a day & hence couldnt return our calls. Not once did he seem even remotely apologetic for anything; not then, and not when they dodged returning our money either. Pandian asked us to call another âdepartmentâ to follow up on deliveries. Only when we visited their shop later, we realised that everyone does everything, and there was no structure, nor any dedication or motivation amongst any of their staff. At this point we wanted to talk to the owner, but Pandian & his âdeliveryâ department staff Manikandan said they donât know his phone number. So we had to go through an outside channels to get it. After a lot of effort & a month, they asked us to come to their showroom to take delivery of our beds. We went there & there was no bed, no Pandian, no Manikandan, nor the owner Lakshmanan. One other staff was trying to convince us to take cots that were there on display instead, stating that Pandian regularly takes orders based on pictures of furniture available on the web, but their staff arenât skilled to replicate them and that he often lands them into trouble. On calling about the no show, Sir Pandian said âu guys took so long to choose what u wanted at the stall right, so why are you so impatient about delivery now?â. The audacity they have as a team is just ridiculous; NOT an ounce of RESPECT for customers. At this point we were furious & wanted our money back, for which they said only the owner can refund & he wasnât available at the moment. They took him on call & he said he would Gpay it within an hour, but as you may have guessed by now, after this point the owner too stopped taking our calls. Later that night, we however got a call saying that one bed was ready. It looked NOTHING like anything we had ordered. We finally had to raise the issue with Citi Bank as we had booked through their card. Thankfully the bank raised a dispute and withheld the amount from their end and started an investigation against Abhi I&E. This felt like the only way we could get our money back from this fraudulently team. After this we sent the owner a text stating that we understand that his intention is to cheat us of our money & that we have raised a dispute with the bank, after which he miraculously called. He asked us to go back to the store to collect the money. They made everything hard for us. My parents went to collect it as we weren't in town & Sir Pandian harassed them by saying they will hold back 30%. We had to again call the owner to sort this out before we finally got a cheque. They should ideally be taken to court. If I could rate them ZERO, that would be apt. Itâs an absolutely sick enterprise. I really donât know how CTT and ITPO allows such scheming participants.View Less

Worst service i ever seen., Bought a Recliner with thm with a old and damaged piece delivered to my new home,. and i called thm for a visit to see th condition of that recliner sofa,. and no one turned back,.. please dont buy with those guys,.. plz save ur money// they ill say for 5yrs free of service., and now they didn't back for 3 weeks after purchase,..

We should paralyze them - other wise this fraud racket will not stop!!!

I have purchased a King Size cot and Matress on Dec 4. Based on my request they delivered my material on Saturday Dec 10, but no arrangement for fitting was done. Fitter came on monday Dec 12. We opened our bundle to find that the cot was a faulty piece. I reported this on Dec 10 and they promised me a replacement yesterday. Whole day i followed up and no outcome. Late evening i called them up again where they apologised for everyting and i requested him to deliver it by today 5:30 PM Dec 14. I called him today morning and reminded as well about the delivery and time line. Now when i am calling them they are again saying that let he vehicle come and then they will do the delivery. I have paid advance for a cot at a recent Metro plus exhibition held at Hitex Madhapur Hyderabad. They promised that they will deliver the cot within 3 days from the booking date.When I try to reach the number multiple times there was no response.Not sure whom to contact. Also there was no mention of any other number that belongs to Hyderabad.. Not sure if the dealer is genuine one or not.
