Absolutely DO NOT recommend. We had a nightmarish experience with them for our Diwali gift order. We placed our order 15 days before Diwali and were promised that everything would be delivered within 7 days. On the day of the delivery when we called up to check they said it will take a day more. 3 days went by and we just kept following up and the response was always the same ..it will be ready by tommorow. The owner stopped answering his phone and his bunch of lowly paid shop boys are clueless. The MD of our firm finally made a call to the owner and the he very rudely told her that 'if you can't wait, then we are just going to cancel your order - thank you very much!".
