I bought a Cell Phone of amount INR 20,200 from them on 24/02/2015.

I have Invoice copy for same.I made payment by my husbands credit card.They deducted INR 2000 etc on the name of insurance and till date have not given any document for same.

Whenever I used to go to ask for same, they replied that whenever there will be a damage from the IMEI No of my phone, they will apply for insurance.

Now when I need insurance due to damage of my phone, they are saying to give me a document, which they never shared.

I have been asking them again and again for Policy no, as they have deducted INR 2000 from my card on same.

They are not even listening to me.

i want a mobile booster at my home becoz of network issues at my home in Harinagar new delhi.
please suggest.
